Coconut Lime Refresher Mocktail

Light, bright and naturally hydrating.

Ingredients (serves 2)

• 400 ml unsweetened coconut water (no added sugar)
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 6-8 fresh mint leaves
• 1 small slice cucumber, cut into thin ribbons
• Sparkling water to top up
• Ice cubes
• Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey (to taste)
• Garnish: lime wheel and mint sprig

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass or jug with ice.

  2. Add the coconut water, fresh lime juice and mint leaves.

  3. Add the cucumber ribbons.

  4. Gently stir to combine — don’t crush the mint.

  5. Top up with sparkling water.

  6. Add raw honey if you want a touch of sweetness (optional).

  7. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig, sip and enjoy!

Why this is a great fit for women’s health

Coconut water is naturally rich in electrolytes, great for hydration, muscle function and energy.
Lime adds refreshing vitamin C and supports digestion, while mint and cucumber keep this drink cool and calming without sugar spikes.
