Terms and Conditions for Meno Massage Method™ Training
These terms and conditions apply to participation in the Meno Massage Method™ training organised by Alison Bladh.
Registration and Booking
Registration for the training is completed via the registration form. Your place on the course is only confirmed once the booking fee or deposit has been received.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Payment
A booking fee is required to confirm your place on the training.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the course start date unless otherwise agreed.
Payment details will be sent once your registration has been received.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your place, the following terms apply:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the course start date: the booking fee will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the course start date: the course fee is non refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another qualified therapist with prior agreement from the organiser.
In the event of illness, participation may be moved to a later training date upon presentation of a valid medical certificate and subject to availability.
Cancellation by the Organiser
If the training needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, any course fees paid will be refunded. Alternatively, participants may be offered a place on the next available training.
The organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other related costs.
Participation
The training is intended for qualified beauty therapists, massage therapists and other professional practitioners working within beauty, health or body therapy with relevant qualifications, diplomas and professional experience.
To receive certification, participants must hold an appropriate qualification in massage, skincare, body therapy or a related discipline.
Participants are expected to take an active part in both the theory and practical elements of the training.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a diploma for the Meno Massage Method™.
Certification confirms that the participant has completed the training and met the course requirements, but it does not constitute a medical qualification.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, content and concepts related to the Meno Massage Method™ are protected by copyright and belong to Alison Bladh.
The materials may not be copied, distributed, shared or used in other training programmes without written permission from Alison Bladh.
Use of the Meno Massage Method™
Meno Massage Method™ is a protected concept developed by Alison Bladh.
By attending the training, participants are granted the right to use the Meno Massage Method™ within their own professional treatment practice.
It is not permitted, without written permission from Alison Bladh, to:
teach or train others in the method
copy or reproduce the training programme
use the training materials for your own courses or training programmes
market or promote independent training programmes based on the Meno Massage Method™
All use of the Meno Massage Method™ must follow the guidelines provided during the training and respect the integrity and quality of the concept.
Disclaimer of Liability
Alison Bladh is not responsible for any treatment, advice or professional services carried out by participants after completing the training.
Participants are responsible for practising within the scope of their own professional qualifications, training and insurance, and for making a professional assessment of each individual client’s needs and health status.
Alison Bladh accepts no liability for any injuries, incorrect treatments, claims or costs that may arise from the participant’s use of the method within their own practice following completion of the training.
Changes to the Training
The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the course content, schedule or format if necessary, provided that the overall quality and purpose of the training are not affected.
Behaviour During Training
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the training.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive. In such cases the course fee will not be refunded.
Photography and Marketing
Photographs or videos may be taken during the training for documentation and marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in such material should inform the organiser in advance.
Personal Data
Personal data provided during registration will only be used for the administration of the training and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
