Warm Apple Cinnamon Comfort
A Cosy Alcohol Free Evening Drink for Busy December Nights
If December feels like one long to do list, this is the kind of drink that helps you exhale. My Warm Apple Cinnamon Comfort is alcohol free, low sugar and wonderfully calming after a long day. It is warm, lightly spiced, and gives that festive feeling without the sleep disruption or sugar crash.
It is also perfect when you want something comforting in the evening but you do not want to trigger cravings or end up rummaging for snacks an hour later.
Warm, simple drinks can be a brilliant little anchor habit. When you are tired and your nervous system is running on overdrive, a comforting ritual helps you slow down, hydrate and feel more relaxed.
Cinnamon and ginger add warmth and flavour and cinnamon in particular is often used to support steadier blood sugar, which matters so much for energy, mood and cravings.
