20 g (2 tbsp) collagen powder
1 tsp coconut oil
100 g (½ cup) plain Greek yoghurt
Method:
Add coconut milk, vanilla, oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, half the cinnamon, and collagen powder to a bowl. Mix well.
Divide into jars, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours).
Mix coconut oil with the remaining cinnamon until crumbly.
Top each jar with yoghurt and the crumble. Enjoy!
