Easy No-bake Chocolate Energy Balls
These easy to make energy balls are a perfect snack when you fancy something sweet. They give you an energy boost and satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
Rolled oats – 350g
Almond butter (or peanut) – 120g
Protein powder – 80g (2 scoops)
Honey (or maple syrup) – 3tps
Vanilla extract – 1tsp
Flax seeds or Chia seeds – 1tbsp
Dark Chocolate try to use 80% + (chopped) – 80g
Oat Milk – 4tbsp
Method:
- Add the oats, protein powder and seeds of your choice to a bowl and mix. 
- Add in the nut butter, honey and vanilla extract and mix. 
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Then add to the mixture. 
- Slowly add in the oak milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. Use your hands to combine the mixture until it comes together in a sticky ball. If the mixture is too dry add extra milk, but not too much as the ball won’t hold its shape. 
- Take the large ball and roll it into smaller balls with your hands. 
- Leave to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 
- Once they have fully set, enjoy!
