         •       Cottage cheese: 150 grams (⅔ cup)

        •       Mixed berries (such as blueberries and raspberries): 100 grams (1 cup)

        •       A handful of nuts (like almonds or walnuts), chopped

        •       A dash of vanilla extract

        •       Optional: A sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavour

 Method

  • In a serving bowl, combine the cottage cheese with a dash of vanilla extract.

  •   Gently fold in the fresh berries and chopped nuts until well mixed.

  •   Sprinkle with a little cinnamon if desired, for a warming spice note.
