Still Fabulous Mocktail
Alcohol Free Drink to Support Women’s Health
Sometimes you want a drink that feels celebratory without the sugar overload or next day slump. The Still Fabulous Mocktail is bright, fresh and lightly sparkling, designed for women who want to enjoy the moment while still looking after their energy, hormones and wellbeing.
This low sugar, alcohol free mocktail is ideal during perimenopause, menopause and beyond, when many women notice that sweet drinks and alcohol no longer feel so forgiving.
Why choose low sugar mocktails?
In my clinical work, I see how sugary drinks and alcohol can contribute to energy crashes, cravings, poor sleep and increased bloating. Making simple swaps, especially with what you drink, can make a noticeable difference to how you feel day to day.
This mocktail keeps the flavour and ritual, but reduces the things that tend to cause problems.

Why this supports women’s health
Citrus fruits support hydration and digestion and can help make drinks feel refreshing without added sweeteners.
Ginger or orange zest adds warmth and aroma without sugar and can support digestion and reduce bloating.
Diluting with sparkling water helps avoid the blood sugar spikes that often lead to cravings and energy dips.
This is a great option when you want something uplifting and social but still supportive of hormone balance and steady energy.
