Gingerbread Hot Cacao
A Cosy Alcohol Free Evening Treat
Some evenings call for something warm, comforting and a little indulgent. This gingerbread hot cacao is exactly that. It feels like a treat, but it is completely alcohol free, low in sugar and gently supportive for your body.
It is the kind of drink you curl up with on the sofa, not something that leaves you wired, bloated or struggling to sleep later. Perfect for winter evenings, especially if alcohol or sugary desserts no longer love you back.
Why this drink works so well
This is not just a festive hot chocolate alternative. Each ingredient has a purpose, making it a lovely option for women 40 plus who want comfort without compromise.
Raw cacao delivers rich chocolate flavour and is naturally high in antioxidants
Warming spices like cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg support digestion and give that gingerbread feel
Collagen adds a subtle glow boost and supports skin, joints and connective tissue
Almond or oat drink keeps it light and dairy free
There is no need for added sugar here. The spices and vanilla give plenty of flavour, making this feel indulgent without tipping blood sugar over the edge.
