Chickpea Biscuits

 Why not Indulge in a delicious snack with my chickpea Biscuits. Perfect for a quick boost or a cozy treat, they're easy to make and packed with delicious ingredients.

 Ingredients:

- 1 (400g) tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 2 large bananas

- 60ml (¼ cup) nut butter or tahini (for a nut-free option)

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 4 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

- 180ml (¾ cup) steel-cut oats or normal oats

- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

 Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Blend all ingredients until smooth, scoop onto the tray, and flatten slightly.

3. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden.

4. Cool on the tray.
