Falafel Mezze Bowl with Tabbouleh & Lemony Tahini Drizzle

A colourful falafel mezze bowl with golden baked falafel, tabbouleh, hummus, spinach, and a lemon tahini drizzle served in a rustic ceramic bowl.

Fresh, crunchy, and full of flavour, this bowl ticks all the boxes. It’s one of those meals that feels like a treat but is actually packed with protein, fibre, and loads of goodness. You can use shop-bought falafel or homemade, depending on time and mood.

Perfect for lunch or dinner, and great for prepping ahead.
